1. Acceptance and eligibility
These Terms of Service govern your use of prima.cam and any promotion order confirmed with Prima support. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, and any order details confirmed with support.
2. What Prima provides
Prima provides time-based promotion support for eligible public Chaturbate and Stripchat live rooms. You choose a supported platform and duration, provide the public room link or username and preferred start time, and remain live during the confirmed window.
- We do not need your platform password or private account access.
- You remain responsible for your profile, stream, chat, content, settings, and platform compliance.
- Prima is an independent service and is not Chaturbate, Stripchat, or their owner, affiliate, agent, or official representative.
3. Orders, prices, and confirmation
Website prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. The price, platform, room, duration, and start window confirmed by Prima support form the controlling order details. An inquiry or pre-filled Telegram message is not a confirmed booking until support accepts the order and confirms availability.
You must provide an accurate public room link or username and a usable contact method. Go live before the confirmed start and remain online throughout the ordered window. If information changes, contact support promptly.
Cryptocurrency payments
Prima accepts payment in cryptocurrency. Supported options may include USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, BTC, and other digital assets and blockchain networks confirmed by Prima support for the specific order. Before paying, support will confirm the asset, blockchain network, receiving address, payment amount, and any time limit that applies to the quote.
- Send only the confirmed asset on the confirmed network to the confirmed address. Using a different asset, network, or address may cause permanent loss.
- An order is treated as paid after the required amount is received and has sufficient blockchain confirmation.
- You are responsible for wallet, exchange, blockchain-network, conversion, and similar third-party fees, as well as any taxes that legally apply to you.
- Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible. Do not send funds to an unverified account or person claiming to represent Prima.
If the cryptocurrency amount is calculated from a USD price, the quote provided by support controls for the stated validity period. A new quote may be required after that period because digital-asset prices and network conditions can change.
4. Dynamic placement and no earnings guarantee
Promotion is designed to improve room visibility and discovery during the ordered period. Platform conditions, starting position, category, stream quality, audience response, moderation, outages, and other factors outside Prima’s control can affect the result.
Service completion is measured primarily by delivery of the confirmed promotion time, subject to the Refund Policy.
5. Your responsibilities and prohibited use
You agree to:
- Follow all rules, age requirements, content standards, and laws that apply to your room and platform account.
- Use only a room you own, control, or are authorized to promote.
- Provide accurate order information and keep the room public and live during the service window.
- Never use Prima for exploitation, coercion, non-consensual content, minors, fraud, impersonation, malware, harassment, or unlawful activity.
We may decline, pause, or terminate a request where we reasonably suspect unsafe, deceptive, unauthorized, or unlawful use. This does not limit any mandatory refund rights.
6. Third-party platforms and availability
Chaturbate, Stripchat, Telegram, payment services, hosting providers, and internet infrastructure are third parties with their own terms and systems. Prima cannot control their uptime, ranking systems, moderation decisions, account restrictions, policy changes, or data practices.
We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue website features or service availability. Confirmed orders will be handled under the confirmed terms and applicable law.
7. Website content and intellectual property
Prima’s website design, original text, graphics, and service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Platform names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify compatibility or the subject of an independent service.
You may not copy, scrape, resell, misrepresent, interfere with, or reverse-engineer protected website elements except where applicable law expressly permits it.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website and services are provided with reasonable care but, to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of uninterrupted availability, a specific ranking, audience response, earnings, or fitness for a particular commercial result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prima is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, loss of profit, platform action, audience behavior, or events outside reasonable control. For a claim directly arising from an order, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or removes mandatory consumer rights.
9. Changes and disputes
We may update these Terms for future use of the website or future orders. Material changes do not retroactively change an already confirmed order unless both sides agree or law requires it.
Before starting a formal dispute, contact support with the order details and requested resolution. Applicable mandatory consumer protections and conflict-of-law rules continue to apply.
